Dear Habitat friends,
What a year this has been! With your help, we have completed our first building project on Via Lucero. The three families are now proudly living in their new homes, following our dedication celebration on April 12.Our second project will be four homes on San Pascual on the West Side of Santa Barbara. Plans are underway, and we’ll be calling for volunteers on that project early next year.
Meanwhile, we are searching for a permanent home for our ReStore, the recycled building materials store operated by many Habitat affiliates across the US.
Stay tuned for other projects as they come along, and thanks for helping make our first project a success.
