Amanda Cobb is thrilled to be a part of Habitat Santa Barbara as the Community Engagement Coordinator. Prior to this role, she worked as an urban planner focused on affordable housing and environmental justice. She has additional experience from her time as a CivicSpark fellow, where she worked on community engagement and energy efficiency program implementation with the City of San José and General Plan implementation with the County of Ventura. Amanda volunteered with Habitat Santa Barbara for a year before joining the organization as a full-time staff member. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, taking ceramics classes, biking, and camping in the Eastern Sierra.
