Dale Fathe-Aazam works at the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Barbara as the Director of Property, Development and Administration. Prior to joining the Housing Authority, Dale spent more than 27 years working in various aspects of multifamily and commercial real estate finance and investment. Aazam has an undergraduate degree in Social Ecology from the University of California, Irvine and a Masters in City and Regional Planning degree from Harvard University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a licensed California Real Estate Broker.
