Lynda began her career at Deloitte working on audits of public and private companies.  After relocating back to Santa Barbara, she served as SVP & CFO of Community West Bancshares. She also served as Director of International Financial Reporting and Director of Internal Audit for Deckers Outdoor Corporation.  Lynda is currently the Principal Consultant of ProCognis, Inc., a software and professional services company that she co-founded with her husband, Reed.  ProCognis develops software for financial modeling and specialty accounting applications and provides senior-level consulting services.  Her non-profit experience includes serving on the Board and as President of Goleta Noontime Rotary Club, where she helped found the Goleta Fireworks Festival.  She also served as the Chairman of the Advisory Board to Kappa Alpha Theta at UCSB.  She served for ten years on the Board, as Treasurer, Rear Commodore, Vice Commodore and Commodore, of the Pacific Corinthian Yacht Club which is also the general partner of the Pacific Corinthian Marina, both are located in Channel Islands Harbor.  She then served as Treasurer and Board Member of the Pacific Corinthian Youth Foundation, which operates a learn to sail summer camp.  She has a BA in Business Economics and a certificate in accounting from UCSB.  She became a licensed Certified Public Accountant in 1995 and a Certified Internal Auditor in 2012.  When not working she loves being on the water, sailing or scuba diving, and traveling with her family.
