Jessica de L’Arbre is the CEO of Habitat for Humanity of Southern Santa Barbara County. A UCSB graduate, Jessica brings 15 years of experience working with low-income communities in San Diego, Los Angeles, and Santa Barbara. Her background includes affordable housing development, job readiness programs for people experiencing homelessness, disaster preparedness and response, legislative advocacy, community engagement initiatives, and fundraising. She believes that housing is a human right, and a critical component to health, education, and job stability for individuals and communities.
