She began her journey in management and operations with years of experience in the customer service industry. Through her relatable approach to establishing relationships, she quickly climbed the ranks as one of the “go-to” leaders for many of the teams that she has led and managed.

Her biggest accomplishment to date has been effectively establishing structured and successful operational standards for startup companies and newly established positions.
