Tracy had a 34-year career as an international portfolio manager for various financial institutions. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute. She is a trustee for the Santa Barbara Foundation where she leads the investment and strategy committees, is a member of the Santa Barbara’s Women’s Fund and is a sustainer on the Women’s Board of the Santa Barbara Museum of Art. She is actively involved in Habitat Santa Barbara’s Family Services Committee, Finance Committee and serves as a volunteer HOA Liaison for a Habitat Santa Barbara affordable housing complex.
